01One invitation, two languages
With the Destination package, your invitation has an ES / EN button, so your family abroad and your Costa Rican guests each read it in their own language. The texts you write, such as the welcome line, the schedule, the dress code, the menu and the transport details, are translated too.
Every design is hand-illustrated in layers that move as guests scroll, and opens with a full-screen envelope sealed with wax. Today you can choose Flora Tica, a layered tropical rainforest, or Verano de Miel, a summer garden in butter yellow, ivory and amber. New designs join the wedding catalog every week.
02Helping your guests plan the trip
Guests flying in need more than a date. The package includes a guide for international guests, and the invitation can show:
- Airports: Juan Santamaría International (SJO), near San José, and Daniel Oduber International (LIR), in Liberia, the closer one for Guanacaste beach weddings. Tell guests which one to book.
- Accommodation: nearby hotels with your group discount code.
- Transport: shuttle departures and times, from the hotel to the ceremony and back.
- Directions with Waze and Google Maps, the apps locals use to get around.
- Schedule for the whole day, plus a dress code with a suggested color palette. «Formal de verano», summer formal, is a common choice for warm weather.
03RSVPs you can actually manage
Each family gets a personal link with their reserved seats. They RSVP inside the invitation with the number of guests, food allergies or dietary needs, a song request and a message for you. Your private dashboard shows who has replied, who opened the invitation and who still needs it, and exports to PDF and Excel for the caterer. With the optional VIP access, only guests with a personal link can open it.
Add-ons include a QR check-in with assigned tables (₡14,000), reminders to pending guests (₡6,000) and a shared gallery where guests upload their photos of the day (₡11,600).
04Pricing, payment and delivery
The Destination package costs ₡39,600 and is added to the Completa plan (₡31,600) or the Firma plan (₡74,600), with custom monogram, seal and colors. All prices are in Costa Rican colones and include VAT. Payment is made in colones by SINPE Móvil or bank transfer to Banco Popular, using your order code as reference. The package adds 2 business days to delivery: Completa normally takes 3 business days, Firma 7 to 10. We work with you over WhatsApp; write to us or see the plans.
